Sage Juice Bar & Speakeasy to have Grand Opening June 23rd
Tuscaloosa's newest and most contemporary business will open June 23rd.
Sage Juice Bar & Speakeasy will be located in the space that used to house the Edelweiss coffee shop and German bakery at 2324 4th Street, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401.
The news was made public yesterday on the company's Facebook page that also made an Events page for more detailed information.
We are thrilled to invite you to our ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23rd! We will be opening our doors for business at 11:00 a.m., come get some fresh juice, smoothies, lunch or just a lunch-time cocktail! We can't wait to see you!
The establishment will nourish the community with a new style of bar/juice scene that has never happened here in town. The owners, Ken and Cheyenne Cupp, wanted to create a space for people to come to relax, unwind and socialize. In addition to the juice bar, they knew a bar would thrive in Tuscaloosa but wanted to ensure that it was low-key, upscale and intimate, so they decided on a speakeasy concept. Unlike your common speakeasy, they decided to make it more inviting and less discrete. But once you’re inside, they want to make sure you’re comfortable and drinking only the best. All of the cocktails are their own recipes and made with house bitters, syrups and mixers.
