Reward Offered for Missing Brent Woman, Husband Pleads for Answers
The family of a woman missing for three weeks now is offering a $500 reward for information leading to her location, and her husband is pleading for answers about the circumstances of her disappearance.
Kristie Ragland, a 52-year-old Bibb County woman, was last seen visiting friends on Microwave Road in Coker on August 23rd.
She was nowhere to be found the next morning, and family has said she left her overnight bag and purse in Coker.
Kristie's husband Ronnie Smith called into the Steve Shannon Morning Show on 95.3 the Bear from their home in Pondville, Alabama Tuesday to urge anyone who knows anything about his wife's disappearance to contact the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office
"You know I just need some answers," he said. "I'm just worried about my wife."
Ronnie Ragland said police have not found any evidence of foul play in her disappearance, but added that he couldn't imagine any other way or reason for her to vanish for so long without contact with friends or family.
Ragland, 52, is described as 4-feet, 10-inches tall, 155 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
Anyone with any information about her location should immediately contact the Sheriff's Office at 205-752-0616.
