Flashback Friday: Ray Parker Jr. ‘Ghostbusters’

On this B101.7 Flashback Friday, I'd like to start by asking, 'who you gonna call?' This where you say, 'Ghosbusters!' A spooktacular spotlight this week on the Ray Parker Jr. ghost song from 1984!

It was June of that year the movie 'Ghostbusters' appeared for the first time on the big screen and it became an instant smash and a cultural phenomenon that lives strong to this day. The song went to #1 and it continues to carry the same longevity as a must hear every October.

I've checked the AMC Fearfest schedule and they don't have the movie scheduled. Boo! That's boo in disapproval, rather than an attempt to mimic a ghost. Boo! Now, that's me trying to mimic a ghost.
