Flashback Friday: Nelly Hot in Herre

Ah yeah, Friday and the spotlight is ready to shine for this B101.7 Flashback Friday! I came across this song earlier and I just cranked it up. But, apparently there was a memo to visit Greg at the same time with lots questions. The player I used doesn't have pause, it's on or off. So, the song would reset each time. Well, then a new hire for our sister sports station comes in my office as was really getting into with my owns rap, flashing gang signs and chair dancing. The chair dancing for this white boy are even better with wheels to roll around. Ah yeah! Word. Hmm, the new guy didn't appear to be impressed.<

Back to spotlight song and the year it 'heated up' the radio. Ah yeah! Word. It is the same year American Idol made its debut. 'The Osbournes' reality show debuts with Ozzy, SHAAAROOON and family. U2 performed hafltime at the Super Bowl. Alicia Keys won best new Pop/Rock at the American Music Awards. Alicia Keys is an amazing talent, but rock artist? Nah, sister has soul! It's the year Nelly released 'Hot In Herre!'
