Tuscaloosa’s Community Network Assoc. Hosts “Let’s Talk It Out” Event

The Community Network Associations, Inc. will host a community event “Let's Talk It Out.” The event will be held on Sunday, May 1^st from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Annette Shelby Park, 1614 – 15^th Street in Tuscaloosa.

The community event is free and Ada Webb will be the guest motivational speaker along with music, community awareness, access to other organizations, a shoe and clothing drive, door prizes, and refreshments.

The press release said that “the volunteers of Community Network Associations, Inc. began their task of assisting young people by providing awareness, intervention, and referrals by partnering with other agencies in and around Tuscaloosa County in January of 2022.

Juanetta Jemison, President, and Program Director said that “Wherever you turn, you can find someone who needs you. Community Network Associations, Inc. aspires to help young people to transition into productive adulthood.” In addition, she mentioned that they are “excited to offer our services to Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas as we build community relationships to guide our youth into a productive and rewarding adulthood.”
