Out Of Bad Comes……”Worse”

We've all heard the phrase, "Out Of Bad Comes Good", which is many times true. Like yesterday, with the tragic events of what took place at the Boston Marathon, we heard stories of Bravery, Heroism, and People coming together to help those in need. However, times like these can also bring out the worst in some people......

LL's Comment: People like these are SCUM. While the authorities are pouring through all of the surveillance video. They should identify the folks in THIS video and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law......
