You've put your number on the "National Do Not Call List" and yet, you STILL get calls.  You look at these numbers on your phone and try to decide, do I know someone in this area code?  I can tell you that if you are getting a call from the following numbers according to MSNBC, they're NOT your friends.  They're SCAMMERS.  Let it go straight to voice mail or block them altogether.
