Things To Do on Cinco de Sad-O

Everything is closed down and the best Mexican restaurants are only doing curbside, delivery and take-out. I have a few things you can do to make your May 5th best it can be.

Taco Mama on University Blvd, is my personal favorite Mexican joint here in town. They have a meal type called "The Judge" which is a meat stuffed burrito, salad, taco or quesadilla combo you can order.

Los Tarascos on Skyland Blvd, is truly authentic Mexican cuisine here in town. They have an amazing Pechugas Borachas that Los Tarascos has perfected with their special flair and spices. It's cheap, honest and reasonable food.

If you're thirsty and want to satisfy your taste. I have your stay at home remedy.

• First, stop by Publix's and grab their Margaritaville Margarita Mix it's about $13.
• Lastly, grab a cheap bottle of tequila at the ABC Store, about $15.

That's your stay at home remedy.

Things aren't going to be the same this Cinco de Mayo, but spend this holiday with friends and family that love you, simple as that.
