The Tuscaloosa City Council Investigates High Tide Bar

Local late night spot on the Strip here in Tuscaloosa, High Tide Bar, is under investigation by the city for the violent outbreak October 14th of this year.

The night of October 14th, a security guard for High Tide Bar was shot outside of the establishment for revoking entrance to 28-year-old, Anatwan Somerville. Which has caused an investigation by The Tuscaloosa City Council to revoke their bar licences.

The bar has had some issues in the past with under age drinking and fights. This isn't the first time the bar has been in hot water to say the least. In 2016 the bar formerly known as Horny’s Bar & Grill, was shut down by The Tuscaloosa City Council.

The odds do not look good for High Tide Bar, but let's see what happens. The fat lady hasn't sang yet.
