The Most Popular Dog Names in 2013

Most dog owners treat their animal like family. It is not uncommon to pamper our four legged pals. Some even dress their pets in clothes. However, it appears pretty clear that we still name them like dogs.

There is a separation between the most popular name lists between babies and puppies with very little cross-over between them. The recently announced list of the most popular baby names has Jackson, Aiden and Liam for the boys. As for the girls, Sophia, Emma and Olivia tops the names for girls.

Meanwhile, Max, Charlies and Buddy are among the most popular names for the boy dogs. Topping the list for the girl dogs would be Bella, Lucy and Bailey.
