Paradise Presses Play, Vol. 8!

It's a new year, and it's time for the first edition of Paradise Presses Play in 2021! This is certainly a game that I wanted and got it over the holidays. Throughout my childhood, these games have helped past the time, and I'm so glad they're back.

This week's selection is Super Mario 3D All Stars.

Three different games from three different console generations. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy. Super Mario 64, a game that broke new ground in 3D Gaming in 1996. Super Mario Sunshine, a game that is loved for it's tropical setting and FLUDD. And Super Mario Galaxy, a game where Mario takes to space with a soundtrack that's sure to make you smile.

For stories across all 3 games, there are slight tweaks, but it mainly comes down to one goal. Princess Peach has been kidnapped, and Mario takes up the task of saving the day. In Super Mario 64, the paintings in Peach's Castle lead him to fantastical worlds. In Super Mario Sunshine, Isle Delfino falsely accuses Mario of a crime he didn't commit, and he must clean up the island while dealing a Mario imposter running around ruining his reputation. And in Super Mario Galaxy, Mario is flung into space after trying to stop Bowser from capturing Peach once again.

Regardless of whatever game you choose, an adventure like no other awaits you. One thing is for certain, somebody will have to save the Mushroom Kingdom!
