New Pictures From Before and After Boston Marathon Explosions
Boston station WHDH-TV with breaking news this afternoon in the Boston Marathon investigation. A new picture submitted to the TV features a package at the edge of the sidewalk next to the road with passing runners while spectators watched. Then, a second picture is blurred due to severe injuries to those spectators in that same area due to an explosion in that same spot.
