Moe’s Original BBQ Hosts Unique Food Bracket Contest

March means bracket challenges. Here at Townsquare Media, we're hosting Bar-ch Madness and Moe's Original BBQ is putting a unique twist on their own as well!

Moe’s Original BBQ is challenging its fans to a bracket competition featuring 16 of its menu items and sauces that feature Frank’s RedHot.

A press release from Eskimo Advertising state, "Patrons can begin to vote for the Comin’ in RedHot Bracket Challenge on Moe’s corporate social networks starting at 11 ET on Tuesday, March 23rd with each round running for 24 hours. Other rounds will start on Friday, 26th, Tuesday, March 30th and Friday, April 2nd with drawings for swag and gift cards in each round. The grand prize winner announcement will be made on Monday, April 5th and one lucky participant will receive a Yeti cooler, $100 Moe’s gift certificate and swag from both sponsors."

Moe’s Original BBQ’s Operations Manager Hunter Whitfield said,

We use a lot of Frank’s RedHot in many of our recipes. So when creating this promotion, we thought it would be cool to tie in a contest for our customers in conjunction with the long awaited return of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Served with red BBQ and Alabama white sauces, the award-winning Moe's Original BBQ smoked menu features pulled pork, ribs, wings, turkey and chicken as well as fish and shrimp selections.

We have two locations of Moe's Original BBQ in Tuscaloosa and Northport. One is on 69 South at Hillcrest and the other on University Boulevard, downtown.
