Looking Back on Alabama’s Home Opener against Colorado State [PHOTOS]

Football is back in Tuscaloosa as the Alabama Crimson Tide hosted Colorado State in the home opener over the weekend!  It was without a doubt awesome to have the return of all the fun that surrounds gameday!

I was amazed at how many old friends I ran into while hanging out on The Strip. Sure, we all gather for the game.  But, we all love the fun surrounding it!  Like the scene near the stadium with a sea of fans dressed in crimson and white, yelling ‘Roll Tide!’

A special thanks to Moe’s Southwest Grill for letting us set up our B101.7 tailgate in front of the restaurant this season!  We enjoyed spending time with listeners and playing a few rounds of cornhole!

Here a few snapshots from the day:

The first picture shows the B101.7 van setup before the game with the cornhole board.  In the distance you can see the top of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The next picture was taken while walking up to Bryant-Denny Stadium.  The game was already underway, that’s why the street was empty.  Note to self, do not take pictures while walking, they will end up blurry.

The final picture was from our seats at the game.  I added a couple of cool Instagram filters to give a little more pop.  Roll Tide!
