James Spann Makes List of Time’s Best Twitter Feeds of 2014
A weather legend in our parts adds another national recognition. Time Magazine has named James Spann among the 140 Best Twitter Feeds of 2014!
The man with the suspenders is already the go to person for severe weather coverage on TV and our radio stations. Yes, he reminds us to respect the polygon and amazes us with knowing every little small town street and landmark possible.
James Spann is also a force on social media, with well over 140,000 Twitter followers. It's another way to share info. But, also a common thread for weather photo tags. Sure, it's amazing to see the amount of people who think of him to tag their weather photos. This phenomenom is not just limited to Alabama, it's goes much further than that. Sure, it's not uncommon to see shared fire photos from California or snow photos from Minnesota.
