How Would You Handle Parentless Child Running Wild and Being Rude at Chuck E. Cheese's?

Here is a classic case of, what would you do? Watch a cellphone video showing an unsupervised little boy at Chuck E. Cheese's?

The main question you will ask yourself, where are the parents? Besides that, let's say you were there trying play skee ball and this kid takes balls, yells and even spits. You will notice people are just standing around, not knowing how to handle it. Three minutes goes by, until an employee grabs and removes the child.
