Does Red Mean “Stop” in Tuscaloosa??!
Being the new girl around here, some things you learn rather quickly. One being, traffic here in Tuscaloosa!
I travel from Birmingham everyday and that means I use the McFarland exit (73). It also means that one MUST wait at the VERY MINIMUM 2 full seconds even after your light has turned green or risk being T-Boned before you even think of putting your foot on the gas.
I've seen more than a few "aftermaths" at that light/exit because of people not stopping at their redlight. Where else in T-Town should I know of that people use the color red like a charging bull and not a stop light? :)
I appreciate your help! I LOVE to drive fast, but I also love to arrive in one piece.
