Charlie Sheen has stepped in to, should I say it, help authorities to "WINNING" the investigation to catch alleged cop killer. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

The actor, who visited Tuscaloosa in the aftermath of the April 27th tornadoes in West Alabama, has made a new video. It's in response to fugitive ex-police officer Christopher Dorner praising Charlie Sheen on the internet before he allegedly committed murder.

According to TMZ.com, Charlie Sheen says in the video, "You mentioned me in your manifesto, so thank you for your kind words. I am urging you to call me. Let's figure out together how to end this thing."

Christopher Dorner is a former officer for the Los Angeles Police Department, is suspected of killing three people. Authorities believe he is in California.
