So they say shopping in bulk is a time and money saver. I have never thought about shopping in bulk before, but this deal changed my mind.

With summer fun and weekend BBQs here, I suppose buying in bulk would save time. So I began to look into what exactly the cost is for a membership at a warehouse club.

Well, I came across a deal that can not be outdone…except by all those free samples I used to hear about.

Mmmmmm food…

Okay, so Sam’s Club has a deal for new members. A basic membership cost is $45.00. Once you sign up at your local Sam’s Club you will receive a $45.00 coupon to use towards your first in-club purchase.

Win-Win Right?

So before I decide if I want to join, I went onto the website to see what I can expect to buy at my local club.

What caught my eye is gas. I can use the coupon for gas!

So do you have to leave the comfort of your air-conditioned home to drive to a Sam’s Club? The answer is no.

You can do it from the comfort of your home. Just head over to the Sam’s Club website and become a member. Signing up is easy, I did it so that alone proves the ease of joining. They will email you the $45.00 off coupon within 72 hours. Just in time for the 4th of July weekend that’s not that far away.

That’s not bad with the cost of fueling our cars. After that, I can wander around and check out their wine selection. I do have a taste testing weekend coming up…
