42nd Annual Kentuck Festival of the Arts

This weekend at Kentuck Park in Northport, it is the 42nd annual Kentuck Festival of the Arts. The event which draws crowds from near and far runs Saturday and Sunday (October 19th & 20th). The festival hours are 9am until 5pm on both days. Daily tickets are $10 each.

Kentuck Festival Features (as listed on kentuck.org):
- 270+ folk, visionary, and contemporary artists and expert craftspeople presenting their work to you
- free hands-on art-making for children in Kentuck for Kids and throughout the park
- Interactive live demonstrations by expert craftspeople—basketmakers, blacksmiths, woodworkers, traditional potters, fiber and fabric artists, quilters, jewelers, and a glassblower
- live music and story-telling, food and fellowship

Kentuck has been named one of the USA’s Top Ten Art Fairs and Festivals.
