What’s Your Favorite Version Of “Last Christmas”?

So, Today on my show, I played Taylor Swift's version of "Last Christmas", and I thought it was pretty good, but for me, it doesn't hold a candle to the Original Version recorded by Wham back in 1984. That tune has always been one of my FAVORITE all-time Christmas Tunes. Check it out HERE for a trip down memory lane.

Apparently, it's also a fave of many musical artists, because it's been covered COUNTLESS other times by folks like: Hillary Duff, Ashley Tisdale, Cascada, Ariana Grande, Carly Rae Jepsen, The Cast Of Glee, & Taylor Swift, And those are just the ones of the top of my head! But NONE of those versions do it for me like the Wham Original does.

However, there IS one rendition of "Last Christmas" that DOES run NECK N' NECK with the Wham original in my book. In fact, on some days, I might actually like it a little BETTER than the Orginal. The version I'm speaking of, is the "Last Christmas" cover by British Singer & Soap Star, Billie Piper, which was recorded back in 1999. Her interpretation is STELLAR, and one that always get's played every Christmas Eve at The Linguini Casa. Check it out!

(And the fact that She's Cute, has absolutely nothing to do with my opinion) :-)
