Tuscaloosa Needs a Good Deli

My whole life I've been blessed and spoiled of having a good family owned deli right around the block. But living in Tuscaloosa now, it's nonexistent.
A deli is a place of gather, conversation, community and some finely cut meats. Tuscaloosa is a true BBQ town and I respect and love it, but there comes a point where I can't have BBQ five nights of the week and want a nice pastrami on rye. Hell I don't even know if there's a place in town that sells pastrami (if there is let me know ASAP).
Tuscaloosa needs another place of gather, a family establishment that will provide top grade meats and top notch family values. if someone one wants to step up to the plate, I'll back you 110%.
