Three Tuscaloosa boys were caught and arrested for torturing kittens. The boys 12, 14, and 15 years of age, have been charged with animal cruelty by Tuscaloosa Police.

The disturbing report from says, the boys were seen tossing the kittens way up in the air and letting them hit the ground, hitting and kicking them, and even trying to bury them alive. The torturing was so bad and caused such severe injuries for at least one of the kittens, that animal control had no choice but to euthanize the poor animal.

This all happened on 4th Street in Alberta. The kittens belonged to Maggie Davis, who had this to say to ABC 33/40:

They'll say she gone and let's get them now, let's get them now. I said if you bother my kittens I'm going to get a switch and come out there and whip all of your tails

As for the suspects' uncle, he says the boys didn't really mean to harm the animals.
