Tuscaloosa, Alabama is among 4 to receive the 2016 prestigious designation as a Runner Friendly Community by the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America)!

The Tuscaloosa YMCA will be hosting an 8K race, along with a 2 mile Run/Walk and Fun Run on Saturday, May 14th to raise funds for the local Youth First Campaign.

More than 1,500 registered for the 10th Annual Tuscaloosa Mayor's Cup 5K and new 10K races on Saturday, marking the highest total in history. The annual event serves as a major fundraiser for the city's pre-kindergarten school program.
