Last night, I met up with a few friends to watch the Noles Roll in the BCS National Championship Game. I had a quick flashback to last year and watching the game outside in somebody's back yard. Great idea, but it was a cold night. Well, not even close to the cold of last night. So, it was good to be inside.

Little did I know a prank would soon break out while watching.

At one point, the guy hosting the party asked if everyone was warm enough as the heat was turned up. Yes, it was plenty warm enough. I went to the restroom and noticed the thermostat on 74. Wow! A bit toasty for a crowd of people wearing warm clothes already. I thought, let's see how much heat he could handle before he breaks. I turn it up into the 80s. It became a dry, dry, hot sauna. I let the others know about the prank on the host. He wasn't phased at all by the increasing warmth. Well, joke on me! I was sooo ready after the game to get outside into the artic frost to cool off.

That guy wasn't bothered at all by the red hot heat. I have to say that was impressive. I'm also convinced that he's related to the 'Heat Miser.' That's the character from the awesome Christmas special 'The Year Without a Santa Claus.'

Watch the 'Heat Mister' in action:

You know, I bet that guy's favorite song is 'Some Like It Hot' from the 80s group, The Power Station.
