The owner of this store has got to be using this business as a Tax Write-Off.....because his Customer Service SUCKS!

LL's Comment: The way to get around THIS fee is to walk into a store, find out BEFOREHAND an item or brand they don't carry, and tell them you're looking to buy IT (Knowing full well they don't carry that item/brand). Then, when THEY say they don't have it, say "Let me look around and see if you have some similiar..." That way, they can't say you were in there "just browsing", because you actually made an attempt to buy something! By the way, I use this tactic ALL the time when I want a salesperson to leave me alone.....:-)
