Severe Storms Could Impact Alabama Today

Rain and thunderstorms are in today's forecast, and some storms that develop could be severe.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a marginal threat for today's storms. Brief tornadoes are possible as well as wind gusts of up to 60 miles an hour. Storms could impact West Alabama through midday today.
