My Child May Have a Hurricane Named After Her in 2014

I just checked out the National Weather Service's list of hurricane names for this year, and guess what? D is for Dolly. I'm not one to trivialize the impact of any hurricane, but it is kind of funny to me that out of all the 'D' names out there, Dolly was picked... and Dolly just so happened to be picked the same year that MY Dolly enters her "terrible twos." Strange coincidence, right?

At any rate, my house is already feeling the impacts of Hurricane Dolly on the daily. Like this morning when she emptied a salt shaker with a devilish giggle or last night when she unrolled all 500+ sheets of a Charmin double roll and scooted out of the bathroom faster than I could catch her.

I guess we're on Hurricane Dolly Watch all year...
