Loved ones of a 35-year-old West Alabama woman who was allegedly murdered by her ex-boyfriend earlier this month are asking for help raising money to care for the three children she leaves behind.

As the Thread previously reported, Sabrina Hardin was reported missing in Marengo County on February 13th and found dead days later in the water near Demopolis.

The same day, investigators obtained warrants for and arrested Michael Moses Brown, who is reportedly Hardin's ex-boyfriend and charged him with her murder.

Now, one of Harbin's friends has launched a GoFundMe to raise money for her three children, who are 10, 8 and 6 years old.

According to the campaign, Hardin's sister Juanita - who already has three children of her own, will be responsible for raising her niece and nephews as well.

"All monies will go to cover the cost for the children's food, clothing, education and any other expenses they may need," the campaign's creator Hope Hambrick said.

Hambrick is seeking to raise $20,000 for the children. Learn more about the effort and donate here.
