Applications are now open for the Leadership Tuscaloosa program's Class of 2024-25, offering aspiring leaders a chance to make a lasting impact on West Alabama.

Recognized as the region's premier leadership initiative, Leadership Tuscaloosa empowers individuals to contribute positively to their communities.

The Leadership Tuscaloosa Program is an issues-based program designed to inform, motivate, and increase awareness of topics important to West Alabama. It utilizes field trips and interaction with community decision-makers to broaden understanding of many community issues. Class size is 40 participants per year, with members selected based on specific criteria.

Through immersive sessions led by experienced leaders, participants gain insights into the area's challenges and opportunities. The program fosters collaboration among diverse participants, creating a network of changemakers committed to West Alabama's advancement.

Applications will be accepted until June 6, 2024, at 4 p.m. This is a unique opportunity for professionals, entrepreneurs, and community advocates eager to drive progress. Whether you're seasoned or just starting, Leadership Tuscaloosa welcomes your passion and dedication.
