The West Alabama Area did not have any playoff qualifiers in either AHSAA Class 7A or AISA private school ball. Both eight-man teams from the area made the postseason but Tuscaloosa Christian was eliminated 30-22 Friday by Russell Christian and North River Christian was defeated by Evangel Christian 68-26. Both had great seasons and are to be congratulated for making the playoffs.
