It's old news that the Druid City was prominently featured in the recently released film "Tuscaloosa," but camera crews and Stranger Things starlet Natalia Dyer never set foot in our neck of the woods during production of the movie -- so how did director Philip Harder pull off making scenes shot entirely in modern day Minnesota look like 1970's Tuscaloosa?

Nocturnal Robot, the visual effects company responsible for the transformation, shared a glimpse behind the curtain in a highlight real showing how their team of experts transplanted images of vintage Tuscaloosa onto footage shot near Minneapolis in post-production.

Check out the clip below and see upper Midwest foliage fade into a facsimile of old-school Alabama and watch Rare Pair clothing store in Northfield, Minnesota turn into a decently convincing Bama Theatre.
