Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, gyms have been forced to close to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.  I’ve been on my weight loss journey, which included dieting and pool exercises.  So, I’m stuck now because I don’t have access to a pool, or so I thought.  I figured I couldn’t be the only one that is trying to figure out how to adjust to a new workout routine.  I am glad to say that I have become “unstuck” because of the working out in the virtual space.  I ran across some great workouts online, especially from Soul Fire Fitness, that I found on Facebook!  Celina has a background in Zumba, Mixxedfit, Dance Fitness, Stretching, Aquatics, and more!
