Enough Already! Los Tarascos Hurry Up And Get Here!

There is no shortage of Fine Mexican Restaurants in Tuscaloosa. In fact, I don't think I've found a bad one yet....I think they're all Great! However, one of my faves has got to be Los Tarascos on Skyland Blvd. right by The American Thrift Store. I LOVE the food, ( I usually get the Chicken Enchilada Verde, Rice, & Chicken Quesadilla Plate, trust me you'll Love it),  and the fact it's just a few miles from my house is a HUGE bonus!

A few months back I found out they were moving. Now, I'm a grown man, but that news almost moved me to tears! However, they quickly turned to tears of joy when I learned that they were constructing a new building about one tenth of a mile from Star 101.7! (Which is just perfect, because I can continue to spend a good portion of my paycheck there!)

Today, I drove by the new site, and saw that they are making quick progress! By the looks of the building, they should be open before the first of the year! Bravissimo!!!

In any event, I can't wait for their Grand Opening! I suggest that we do a Star 101.7 Remote Broadcast from there! They can pay me in unlimited chips & queso & margaritas if they wish! (And if not, no worries.....because I'll still be eating there 3 times a week.anyways).

So, Congrats Los Tarascos on your new location! Now Hurry Up & get here already! :-)
