The next Drive Through Food Pick-up will take place on today at Beulah Baptist Church from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The project is a joint partnership between three community organizations, Westside Community Action Council,Inc, Pastor David Gay and the Beulah Baptist Church  and the  Miracle Valley Community Outreach, Inc. In the times that we are experiencing, especially with the pandemic making its presence known, it is wonderful that community organizations such as these can unite to feed those who are in the greatest need. As Christians we all should seek to feed the hungry and clothe those that are less fortunate.

This humanitarian project has been put into place to assist Service Workers (cooks, maids, babysitters, servers, Uber drivers, restaurant hostesses, dishwashers, janitors, custodians,  etc.) with families.

In order for you to participate you must bring identification.. What you earned is not an important factor! You may become eligible to drive through to receive a box of food that will  last for a week for a family of four(4) on today from 11a.m until 1 p.m..

Those in the community who would like to make donations or volunteer will be  greatly appreciated. Safety recommendations specified by the Center for Disease Control and the City of Tuscaloosa are being used. For more information call Mrs. Ernestine Tucker at 205-345-0201 or Beulah Baptist Church at 205-758-9560.Don't forget to wear your face mask to protect yourself and others from the coronovirus.
