We have all heard about the benefits of drinking water.  Heck, we need water to survive.  But, could the very thing you need to be healthy be something that could kill you? Fact or fiction?

An MSN video report reveals information from experts which recommend a person drinks 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.  The report also points out your body can safely process 1 liter of water per hour.  If you go overboard with more water than your body can process, it could lead to serious problems, it could even lead to... death.  Whoa!! Spooky stuff to hear on this first day of October. Sure, we're talking about it taking a consumption bender for the good to go bad.  But, it goes to prove again what momma always said, too much of anything is not good.

Take a look at the video for more on this as I take a break from typing and drink more water.  I really do drink quite a bit of water on any give day, that's where this report caught my attention and I had to share.
