The DCH Foundation is sponsoring a new event to benefit The Finn and Quinley Infant and Children's Fund.

Because of Covid-19, DCH Foundation had to shift gears from their DCH Ball fundraiser this year and are now hosting Movie by Moonlight Drive-in, a socially distanced event where guests gather by the carload and enjoy a family-friendly movie.

On Friday, December 10th, they will show the holiday classic “Elf” with Will Ferrell in the Capstone College of Nursing parking lot, located at 650 University Blvd. East.

To give you some background on where the money is going, in 2004, Danielle and Michael McInerney's twin boys, Finn and Quinley, were born 15 weeks premature and survived only one week. Danielle and Michael created a memorial foundation in memory of their sons to benefit babies born at DCH hospitals. In an effort to increase their community impact, the McInerney's joined forces with The DCH Foundation in 2012 to create the Finn and Quinley Infant and Children's Fund. Donations over the past nine years have provided resources to continually improve the care of our neonatal, well-baby and pediatric patients through technological advances, professional education for our nursing staff, and patient and family assistance for those in need.
