Couple Finds Piles of Cash in Their Drive-Thru Bag

A couple in Tennessee visits their local McDonald's for breakfast.  They drove off with the best combo meal ever!  Instead of food, Greg and Stacy Terry found thousands of dollars in cash wrapped in plastic bags.  Merry Christmas!

Apparently, this isn't some new instant cash version of their Monopoly game.  No, it was supposed to be the morning deposit.  As Homer Simpson would say, 'DOH!'

Guess what the couple did next?

a) Drove to the mall and went on a bender buying stuff

b) Took lots of selfies making it rain cash up in that truck

c) Gave the money back to the restaurant

 

The answer: C - they gave it back.

WTVF-TV quoted Stacye Terry:

The second that he said it was their deposit, my first thing was let's get in the truck and take it back.  There is no other way to have it.  I couldn't live with myself.
