Consumer Reports has released their findings from a survey of over 27,000 people ranking 55 grocery stores on factors such as cleanliness, service and price.

Tuscaloosa and Northport have locations of both the big survey winner and loser.  Who do you think is the best and who is the worst?

Again, think of the factors of what we like and hate. We don't like long lines, stuff being of stock and high prices.  Is there that ideal store that is clean, has service with a smile, stocked shelves, quality food and fantastic prices? Maybe close to this?

The results rank Publix among the best of the 55 stores and Walmart the worst.  Does this surprise you? Publix scored high for service. The country's largest Walmart is liked for prices, but not for congested aisles and the check out line.
