We're getting word on a bit of closure in the "Shovel Girl" case.  Yes, the incident where one teenage girl gets mad at another teenage girl. Girl grabs a shovel, chases down the other girl and throws the shovel at her.

TMZ reported, the Miami County Sheriff's office in Ohio passed down a charge of disorderly conduct as filed in Juvenile Court against both girls just for fighting. It's has been said the punishment in a case like this is usually a small fine and/or community service. Jail is not a possibility.

The shocking original fight video went viral and ran its course.  We move on to something else, right?  Nope.  Now, the shovel becomes a drum in a remix of an 80s song.  Strangely, the quick beat of the A-ha song 'Take On Me,' makes a good fit.
