THIS IS NOT A PRANK: I am so over April Fool's Day. Seriously. It's exhausting. I enjoy a light-hearted prank like Google's annual gems or Scope's Bacon Flavored Mouthwash announcement. But when it comes to April Fool's Day, I avoid social media like the plague.

My Facebook newsfeed today is nothing but pregnancy and wedding announcements. It's annoying, really. Like, anything that anyone posts today is pretty much going to be a lie. Whatever happened to the creative pranks? The good stuff like filling your coworker's office with packing peanuts? Toothpaste Oreos?

It takes like six seconds to post some faux status over on Facebook. I miss the pranks that took effort. I'm so desensitized to the April Fool's social media stream that I just automatically assume everything I see on the internet today is a bold faced LIE. And that ain't fun. I want to know if you feel the same way. Cast your vote below.
