B101.7's Pet of the Week has learned a new trick while living at the Humane Society of West Alabama shelter, hanging from the door window when it's time to eat!

Yes, open up a can of food and she hangs from the window to see what's going on! It's funny stuff from this 1 year old calico up for adoption!

Introducing Amadu, a friendly and sociable little girl, but she would like to get to know her new friends first.

The Humane Society says Amadu is easy to handle, but it would be best for any children in the home to be at least 10 years old.

Notes on this kitty say she would do well as a companion cat or as an only cat. Amadau has been at the cat house for awhile now, even both of her siblings have been adopted. It's time to end that, just see how nice the girl is!

Amadu is negative for FIV and FeLK, current on vaccinations and spayed.

If you are interested in giving Caitlyn the forever home she wants and deserves, visit the Humane Society of West Alabama website at HumaneSocietyofWA.org or call (205)-554-0011.
