Watch 2015 Ford Mustang Go 21 Miles Into Space

Move over space shuttle, the 2015 Ford Mustang has headed into outer space!  We have video to prove it.

Last month, the iconic American sports car ended up on top of the Empire State Building.  An amazing feat.  How did that car get there?  We come to find out, it was sent up in pieces and built back to together on the roof.

Now, a group of California friends are ready to send a model Ford Mustang 21 miles up into the space by weather balloon.  There's a camera attached to capture the trip.  Why the stunts?  It's the 50th birthday for the beloved car.

I would also gather the boys are trying to make a bold statement.  Sure.  Think about it.  This really looks like they are trying to say... the car is out of this world.  Hit the snare drum.  Knee slapping humor.  Sorry, I couldn't resist the cheesy joke.
