Haunted House

IT'S ABOUT THAT TIME OF THE YEAR! Halloween. Some folks live for this time of year. I'm torn on that notion. I like it, but from a distance. The fact that a couple of the scariest houses in the southeast, are in my backyard of Tuscaloosa and Northport, is a little too close for comfort.

TownScare put a wrap on its second haunted house, Malice in Otherworld, on Halloween night but some of the screams will live on forever. The house was unique thanks to a story telling structure that took you into the mind of a young girl and her twisted Alice in Wonderland fantasy...

It’s almost Halloween and that means Townsquare Media is hiring workers for our haunted house, “Malice in Otherworld.” We need set builders, set designers, prop masters, make up artists, actors, security personnel, and more.

When the Main Avenue Mortuary opened its doors in Northport this October, the area had its own haunted house for the first time in four years.
