Miss Tuscaloosa Jessica Procter Talks Pageant and Fighting Hunger [VIDEO]

Equipped with a big smile, Miss Tuscaloosa Jessica Procter dropped by the B101.7 studio today. Jessica reflects on winning the crown and gives details about a cause she is passionate about.

Just imagine spending countless hours preparing for a competition, and winning it! She explains, there was a moment of uncertainty, "I didn't know if I won." Initially, the first runner up's name wasn't announced.

Also, each contestant of the pageant picks a platform, or a cause. Jessica is proudly serving her cause "Step up to the Plate." It's an effort to fight hunger here at home and across the state of Alabama.

In a round of rapid fire questions, Jessica is asked to choose this or that. Like, pancakes or waffles? Another, with football season in front of us, War Eagle or Roll Tide?
