Humane Society of West Alabama Hosting Meet and Greet Saturday

Here's your chance to ring in the new year with a new best friend, as the Humane Society will be hosting a January meet and greet on Saturday.

The event will take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa Pet Supplies Plus on McFarland Boulevard. A variety of dogs available for adoption will be on hand to eagerly meet visitors. Come by to say hi and purchase a 2016 calendar while supplies last.

So, if you've been thinking about getting a pet, you should consider adopting one from a shelter like the Humane Society of West Alabama. There are plenty of loving pets just waiting for a special home like yours.

The pets available are up to date on their vet care, plus each have been either spayed or neutered.
