The inaugural Tuscaloosa Mini Comic Con is flying into town!The Convention will take place on Saturday, November 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Courtyard next to Treasure Quest Comics, directly behind Billy's Grill in downtown Northport.Admission is FREE, and the event will include the area's BIGGEST selection -- in years -- of comic books, gaming, collectible toys, Pokemon, Funko Pops, Anime and who knows what else?Kids will be happy with the $1 items available, and serious collectors will have first shots at early Marvel and DC comics.Special guests include artist Joseph Rossomanno, creator of the exciting new comic, The Consortium Arcanum. Other guests are TBA.BUT, WAIT! THERE'S MORE! Cosplayers are encouraged to attend, and can enter the 1 p.m. cosplay contest, with prizes for best and most creative cosplays.In case of rain, makeup date will be Saturday Nov. 11.
