How Would You Describe Tuscaloosa in Three Words?

I asked three coworkers to describe Tuscaloosa in three words. 

I wrote my answers ahead of theirs, but here's what they said:

Thomas- Lively, football-crazy, country

Sandra- Quartet, Roll Tide

My answer- Football, students, condos

I think Monique probably gave the answer that will be echoed by most- Roll Tide Roll!
