You know how sportscasters always hype their weekly pics? I'm doing that right now, except we ain't talkin' football; we're getting hyped for the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards which air at 7 p.m. tonight on NBC. Who's taking home a golden statuette and who's going home empty-handed? Let's throw down with my Stone Cold Super Ultimate Emmy Pics for 2014!

Best Comedy Series

  • "The Big Bang Theory"
  • "Louie"
  • "Modern Family"
  • "Orange Is the New Black"
  • "Silicon Valley"
  • "Veep"

My Pick: "Orange is the New Black" This show is hysterical; it's original, and I love that it portrays such a diverse group of people. "OITNB" is about so much more than whiny Piper Chapman's stay in the clink; it's about gender, race, sexual identity, socioeconomic status, privilege, and the atrocities carries out every day across the nation within correctional facilities. Any show that can take on such serious stuff and still make me cry with laughter deserves an Emmy.

Best Actress in a Comedy Series

  • Lena Dunham, "Girls"
  • Edie Falco, "Nurse Jackie"
  • Julia Louis Dreyfus, "Veep"
  • Melissa McCarthy, "Mike & Molly"
  • Amy Poehler, "Parks & Recreation"
  • Taylor Schilling, "Orange Is the New Black"

My Pick: Lena Dunham. Lena is so talented it makes me sick. She directs and writes her own show, and she portrays Hannah Horvath so well that you think the show is just Lena Dunham's autobiography playing out on TV. You think Lena IS Hannah Horvath--that's how good she is. Go on and get that Emmy, girl.

Best Actor in a Comedy Series

  • Jim Parsons, "The Big Bang Theory"
  • Ricky Gervais, "Derek"
  • Matt LeBlanc, "Episodes"
  • Don Cheadle, "House of Lies"
  • Louis C.K., "Louie"
  • William H. Macy, "Shameless"

My Pick: Louis C.K. Louis' standup is probably the funniest thing I have ever seen. He has such a presence on stage and seems so confident despite the inundation of self-deprecation. He's wildly successful, so it's interesting to see him as "Louie," a dude who never seems to quite 'make it' and struggles with serious self-esteem and family issues. Also I have a huge crush on Louis C.K., so... he gets all the Emmys. <3 <3

Supporting Actor, Comedy Series

  • Andre Braugher, "Brookiyn Nine-Nine"
  • Adam Driver, "Girls"
  • Jesse Tyler Ferguson, "Modern Family"
  • Ty Burrell, "Modern Family"
  • Fred Armisen, "Portlandia"
  • Tony Hale, "Veep"

My Pick: Adam Driver. This last season of "Girls" wasn't limited to the story of four chicks in the big city; we got to learn more about Adam. The dude who seemed like an insane jerk in Season One turns out to be this Broadway sensation and a kind and caring person. I think it's wierd when an actor on a show has to portray an actor--it's like TV Inception or something--just think about it... You have to play a dude who's playing ANOTHER DUDE on Broadway. Woah.

Supporting Actress, Comedy Series

  • Mayim Bialik, "The Big Bang Theory"
  • Julie Bowen, "Modern Family"
  • Allison Janney, "Mom"
  • Kate Mulgrew, "Orange Is the New Black"
  • Kate McKinnon, "Saturday Night Live"
  • Anna Chlumsky, "Veep"

My Pick: Kate Mulgrew. Piper learned pretty early in "OITNB" not to cross Red, so NOTE TO THE ACADEMY. Real talk: Mulgrew's Red is unbelievable; she's a tough-as-nails bad mamma jamma, and as you watch the Litchfield drama unfold, you see what's underneath that hardened exterior. It terrifies you, and it breaks your heart.

Best Drama Series

  • "Breaking Bad"
  • "Downton Abbey"
  • "Game of Thrones"
  • "House of Cards"
  • "Mad Men"
  • "True Detective"

My Pick: True Detective. I wanted to say "Mad Men" or "Breaking Bad," maybe even "Game of Thrones," but nothing I saw in the past year comes close to "True Detective." This series was original, philosophical, gothic, terrifying and electric. This series is better than Oscar-winning films. It's just SO GOOD.

Best Actress in a Drama Series

  • Lizzy Caplan, "Masters of Sex"
  • Claire Danes, "Homeland"
  • Michelle Dockery, "Downton Abbey
  • Julianna Margulies, "The Good Wife"
  • Kerry Washington, "Scandal"
  • Robin Wright, "House of Cards"

My Pick: Lizzy Caplan. She's amazing. Her Virginia Johnson deserves all the Emmys everywhere. Forever.

Best Actor in a Drama Series

  • Bryan Cranston, "Breaking Bad"
  • Jeff Daniels, "The Newsroom"
  • Jon Hamm, "Mad Men"
  • Woody Harrelson, "True Detective"
  • Matthew McConaughey, "True Detective"
  • Kevin Spacey, "House of Cards"

My Pick: Matthew McConaughey. In a perfect world, the Academy would be like alright, alright, alriiiight, and let Matthew AND Woody win for their work in "True Detective" but only one dude can win, and that dude is Matthew McConaughey. His Rust Cohle was a tour-de-force--Matthew had to portray Rust in the 90's. Rust in the early 2000's, and current-day, Jesus beard Rust, and he pulled off each one FLAWLESSLY. I didn't want to watch "True Detective" at first because I thought there was no way the King of Bongos and Rom-Coms could be worthy of the praise being heaped upon him, but I was a believer after about six minutes into the series premiere. Dude is INCREDIBLE. He should get two Emmys.

Supporting Actor, Drama Series

  • Aaron Paul, "Breaking Bad"
  • Jim Carter, "Downton Abbey"
  • Peter Dinklage, "Game of Thrones"
  • Josh Charles, "The Good Wife"
  • Mandy Patinkin, "Homeland"
  • Jon Voight, "Ray Donovan"

My Pick: Peter Dinklage. Peter portrays a character who can be witty and fun but hides so much pain inside. Tyrion Lannister just wants to be LOVED, people. It makes me want to cry. That, my friends, is some hardcore acting.

Supporting Actress, Drama Series

  • Anna Gunn, "Breaking Bad"
  • Maggie Smith, "Downton Abbey"
  • Lena Headey, "Game of Thrones"
  • Christine Baranski, "The Good Wife"
  • Christina Hendricks, "Mad Men"
  • Joanne Froggatt, "Downton Abbey"

My Pick:Lena Headey. I will forever have a girl crush on Christina Hendricks as Joan Holloway Harris, but Lena Headey's devious, deceitful, and delightfully cray-cray Cercei Lannister is some Grade A acting.

Best Miniseries or Movie

  • "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • "Bonnie & Clyde"
  • "Fargo"
  • "Luther"
  • "Treme"
  • "The White Queen"

My Pick:"Fargo." Even my inner "AHS" fangirl knows "Fargo" was spectacular TV. I was hooked on this series from its debut; it's twisted and dark and so, so funny. It's seriously one of the best TV series I have ever seen--no lie. It's right up there in my personal pantheon of awesomeness with "Mad Men," "Breaking Bad," and The Greatest Show of All Time, "The Wire."

Best Actress Miniseries or Movie

  • Jessica Lange, "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • Sarah Paulson, "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • Helena Bonham Carter, "Burton and Taylor"
  • Minnie Driver, "Return to Zero"
  • Kristen Wiig, "The Spoils of Babylon"
  • Cicely Tyson, "The Trip Bountiful"

My Pick: JESSICA LANGE. Always Jessica Lange. Forever Jessica Lange.

Best Actor in a Miniseries or Movie

  • Chiwetel Ejiofor, "Dancing on the Edge"
  • Martin Freeman, "Fargo"
  • Billy Bob Thornton, "Fargo"
  • Idris Elba, "Luther"
  • Mark Ruffalo, "The Normal Heart"
  • Benedict Cumberbatch, "Sherlock: His Last Vow"

My Pick: Martin Freeman. I wanted to say Billy Bob Thornton, but... Martin Freeman's sniveling whip turned deranged murderer Lester was the crux of "Fargo." It's unreal. You start watching the series and realize the same dude who played Bilbo Baggins is now playing a dude who murdered his own wife in cold blood. I mean, DANG. Give the dude an Emmy already.

Supporting Actor, Miniseries or Movie

  • Colin Hanks, "Fargo"
  • Jim Parsons, "The Normal Heart"
  • Joe Mantello, "The Normal Heart"
  • Alfred Molina, "The Normal Heart"
  • Matt Bomer, "The Normal Heart"
  • Martin Freeman, "Sherlock: His Last Vow"

My Pick: Colin Hanks. You're probably noticing my "Fargo" bias by now, but Colin Hanks brought his A Game. He plays a meek single dad who just ends up being a cop (he failed his post office test) and then ends up caught in some serious police work. Great acting... and he's adorable, so... Emmy for Colin.

Supporting Actress, Miniseries or Movie

  • Frances Conroy, "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • Kathy Bates, "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • Angela Bassett, "American Horror Story: Coven"
  • Allison Tolman, "Fargo"
  • Ellen Burstyn, "Flowers In the Attic"
  • Julia Roberts, "The Normal Heart"

My Pick: THREE-WAY TIE. The bad chicks from Coven sweep this category, and everyone is in complete awe of their perfection.

Reality-Competition Program

  • "The Amazing Race"
  • "So You Think You Can Dance"
  • "Dancing with the Stars"
  • "Top Chef"
  • "Project Runway"
  • "The Voice"

My Pick: NONE. I am so over 'Reality' TV. If I have to pick, I choose "Project Runway" only because of Tim Gunn. Tim, you are an amazing angel. Never change. xoxo, Meg

Variety Series

  • "The Colbert Report"
  • "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart"
  • "Jimmy Kimmel Live"
  • "Real Time with Bill Maher"
  • "Saturday Night Live"
  • "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon"

My Pick:"The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon." I'll be real here: I was never really a big Jimmy Fallon fan, and when I heard he was taking over "The Tonight Show," I was all 'meh.' I have been so pleasantly surprised by "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," y'all. Jay Leno suuuuuuucked, so I hadn't watched the program in years--and now I find myself tuning in on the reg. Jimmy and his team have brought "The Tonight Show" back to life, and I love it. EMMYS FOR ERRRRYONE.

I'm psyched to see who actually wins; my picks are usually way off, so I'm not expecting to sweep all categories tonight. In all honesty, I don't really care who wins--as long as Jessica Lange does not go home without an Emmy; that would be a crime against humanity. Seth Meyers is hosting, so the show should be funny--and y'all know I am all about the red carpet. I can't wait to see who looks hot and who is just a hot mess (I'll never forget you, Jaqueline Bassette).

The 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards air at 7 p.m. tonight on NBC.
