As with most of us, I always have trouble remembering when to set my clocks back an hour from Daylight Savings Time.

In what can be said is a stroke of genius, the Tuscaloosa County School System has started delivering meals to students 18 years and younger no matter if they're a county school student or not during the summer. The wonderful thing about this is that parents do not have to worry about getting the children to the various places to receive the meals, they are delivered to predetermined locations...
